Hi Everyone,
We’re already near the end of the year. How’d that happen??
This month’s MTV is musically exceptional.
“Brooklyn Blues”, done by the great Dave Koz and George Shelby, is talent personified. I’m so proud to have had them with me and I’m so glad I had the songs for them to play.
This show was recorded 20 years ago, this month! November 13th, 2004. It was one of the last stops on the “One Night Live - One Last Time” Farewell Tour. We were in the round and it was very exciting.
I was a busy boy in 2004...a "Farewell Tour” that went all around the country and Britain, and two albums out in one year (“2Nights Live” and “Manilow Scores”.
Because it was an election year, we did a medley of songs that urged people to come together. It’s a real killer! Oh, and three months after we ended the tour, we put together an entirely different show and opened at the Las Vegas Hilton!
I’m tired just writing this!
Enjoy!
Barry

We were coming off a very successful and exciting few months. Concord Records had released my favorite album called “Here At The Mayflower” and Arista released ...

Opening Night Manilow: Music and Pass...
Happy New Year everyone!
As we begin 2011 (!!!), I thought I’d start the year off with the video of Opening Night at the Las Vegas Hilton. As you know, we were at the Hilton for five years. Five wonderful years.
So many events happened during those five years that our show kept morphing into di...
